**Become a Key Member of Our Sales Team**

Rentokil Initial, a leading international business services company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to penetrate new markets, and build strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to ensure timely adjustments to sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Rentokil Initial remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of sales experience in a commercial business environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
