Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Staffiaa Services is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales productivity, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of sales associates to ensure daily sales targets are met.
  • Sales Growth: Drive and motivate the team to push sales across insurance products, deposits, and CASA, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
  • Compliance Management: Regularly review sales processes and operations to ensure adherence to all compliance standards and regulations.
  • Performance Analysis: Continuously track team performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve productivity and outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service during every interaction, with an emphasis on ESQ.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Graduate in any field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of 57 years as a Unit Manager or Team Lead in outbound sales and a total of 810 years in sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
