Job Title: Business Development Manager


Description:


As a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in the industrial sector for our company, Skillhub Consulting Pvt Ltd.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential industrial clients and market trends. Develop strategic business plans to penetrate and expand the industrial sales segment.


Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new business leads through targeted prospecting and networking within the industrial sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for industrial products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial segment.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the product development team to align product offerings with the needs of the industrial market. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.


Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to the unique requirements of industrial clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.


Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements:


Academic Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.


Experience Requirements: 15 years of proven experience in industrial sales within the HVAC or related manufacturing industry.


Skills:


Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industrial applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
