Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Sickle Innovations Private Limited. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing our online sales channels. This includes managing the performance of our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and grow our ecommerce accounts, including platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
2. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online sales.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ecommerce initiatives.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce.
6. Identify and recommend new opportunities for business growth.
7. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on ecommerce platforms.
8. Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Requirements
