Job OverviewThis role offers hands-on experience in B2B partnership development and business strategy, as well as exposure to cross-functional team collaboration and real-world business growth strategies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while learning from industry experts.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in developing strategic plans for client acquisition, retention, and partnerships by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Business Development: Identify potential partners and business opportunities that align with our growth strategy, engage with potential partners, and support the initiation of collaboration discussions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued satisfaction and supporting internal coordination for smooth execution and delivery of partnership initiatives.
- Collaboration and Strategy Execution: Work with teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure alignment with partnership goals, track the progress of partnership initiatives, and provide support for adjustments as needed.
- Market Research and Opportunity Identification: Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new partnership opportunities, provide insights into industry developments and competitor strategies to inform partnership approaches.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of partnerships using KPIs, help prepare reports on partnership results, suggesting opportunities for optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
