We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.

- Prospect & Qualify: Proactively identify, research, and contact potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach to create long-term business partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships from initial contact to conversion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-6 months of experience in a sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- A Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or MBA in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
