Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include conducting product presentations, providing training to customers, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
- Experience in introducing and doing demo with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and Networking Skills
- Experience in Selling SaaS products
- 3-4 Years Experience
- Willingness to work in multiple time zones
- Willingness to travel
