Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing and growing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing training and support to customers, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of Falcon
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training and Support to customers
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team
- Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus
- Experience in Cyber Security Industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
