
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth initiatives and support the leadership team across sales, business development, and product growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, refine, and track sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build trust with clients, ensuring proactive communication and long-term growth.
- Partner with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to support decision-making at the founder's level.
- Work with multiple teams – sales, product, marketing, and engineering – to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
- Strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach.
- Experience in sales strategy and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
