Business Development Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business partnerships.
Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with product knowledge to effectively communicate its value to clients.
- Conduct site inspections to prepare for successful sales processes.
- Extract relevant information from clients during sales processes.
- Establish follow-up sequences and chase dates to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt responses.
- Prepare office proposals to present to clients.
- Coordinate appointments and sales tours for prospects.
- Closing deals by negotiating and finalizing agreements.
- Pursue license agreements with clients.
- Manage the company's database to maintain accurate records.
- Develop pre-opening marketing plans to attract new clients.
- Implement various marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Identify potential joint marketing partners to collaborate with.
- Organize special promotions with hotels, property agents, and business associations.
- Maintain strong relationships with local Business Chambers and Associations.
