Strategic Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage a minimum of 1 Cr. - 5 Cr investable surplus for our clients.
- Provide robust financial planning and portfolio services to meet individual needs.
- Execute transactions post financial planning and on a periodic basis, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF fund-related queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure timely delivery of Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies for Wealth Management (WM) business, aligning with the organization's overall strategic goals.
- Establish standardized and efficient sales processes, ensuring quality control and efficient customer service delivery.
- Maintain discipline in asset allocation, striking a balance between revenue streams.
- Drive strong client servicing and engagement parameters, enhancing market credibility and delivering a superior value proposition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, equipping ourselves with the latest knowledge to remain competitive.
- Closely monitor client positions, portfolio allocations, and ensure they align with risk and advisory parameters set by the Risk, Compliance, and Research Teams.
- Adhere to internal and external financial advisory guidelines and risk policies, minimizing mis-selling instances.
- Continuously scan the competition/market, reporting on emerging trends or new developments for WM business opportunities.
- Focus on revenue generation and building Assets Under Advice (AUA).
