    • Integrate digital learning platforms across locations.">
    • Promote blended learning models including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the-job training.">
    • Leverage AI and analytics for learning impact measurement and personalization.">

    • ">
    • Define and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery and measurable outcomes.">
    • Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness and report outcomes to senior leadership.">

    • A Master's degree in Social Work or Business Administration is preferred.">
