Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions using various instructional methods.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and measure training effectiveness using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Employee Development: Foster a learning culture by providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve training processes and outcomes.
