Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful induction programs that foster a positive company culture.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Excel. A background in HR or related fields is preferred, but not necessary. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Deliver Induction Programs: Plan and conduct impactful in-person sessions for new hires, fostering a positive company culture.
  2. Jaiipur Exposure Visit: Organize a 2-day tour of key areas in Jaiipur to build real estate industry understanding and enhance team knowledge.
  3. Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the hiring team, HODs, and IT to ensure smooth joining formalities, ensuring seamless transitions.
  4. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments and gather participant/manager feedback to continuously improve the induction process.
  5. Training and Book Review Support: Coordinate ongoing internal and external training sessions and book reviews to support employee growth and development.
  6. Database Management: Maintain accurate L&D records for induction, training, and book reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA (preferably in HR, Learning and Development, or related fields)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Training, HR, or related departments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables)
