Job Opportunity:
Talent Management & Learning Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Management & Learning Development Leader. The successful candidate will play a key part in our organization's success by driving talent management and learning development strategies that align with our business goals.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned talent management and learning development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent review processes, succession planning, and competency frameworks across functions. They will also partner with business stakeholders to track talent movement, career progression, and retention planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement talent review processes and succession planning to ensure effective talent management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to track talent movement, career progression, and retention planning.
- Develop and drive competency frameworks across functions to enhance employee performance.
- Support employee engagement strategies and build Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Lead performance management process, goal setting workshops, and performance calibration to improve employee productivity.
- Create dashboards to track key talent metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Learning & Development:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop annual L&D plans across functions.
- Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs for all levels to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts for content development and delivery.
- Oversee implementation of digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning modules) to enhance learning experience.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis to inform future learning initiatives.
- Launch onboarding and induction programs to ensure cultural alignment and role readiness.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of talent management and learning development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Strong project management skills to design and deliver learning programs effectively.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and tools to enhance learning experience.
