About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment

function. This role involves building effective hiring strategies, managing a high-performing

team, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent across technical and non-

technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead the complete talent acquisition cycle across all levels and functions.

● Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

● Build, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.

● Partner with leadership and hiring managers for workforce planning and role definition.

● Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to drive

efficiency.

● Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

● Drive employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

● Manage vendor and recruitment platform relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

● 7+ years in recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

● Proven expertise in both technical and non-technical hiring.

● Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and full-cycle hiring.

● Demonstrated success in team management and stakeholder collaboration.

● Data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
