
Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Training Specialist to spearhead our organization's training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development, with a strong focus on enhancing employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Training Needs Assessment
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the organization.
Curriculum DevelopmentDevelop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
Content CreationCreate engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
Training DeliveryDeliver high-quality training sessions, leveraging various instructional methods (e.g., classroom, virtual, blended learning).
Performance MeasurementTrack and measure the effectiveness of training programs using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Employee DevelopmentFoster a learning culture by providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Budget ManagementManage training resources efficiently.
Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with external & internal leaders to achieve year-end goals.
Stay UpdatedKeep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Six SigmaApply Six Sigma methodologies to improve training processes and outcomes.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong understanding of customer centricity and content creation
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. They will also have a deep understanding of adult learning principles and be able to develop and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
In addition, they will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will also be proficient in using training delivery tools and technologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to enhance the learning experience.
Prior experience as a trainer or instructor is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs that result in significant improvements in employee performance and organizational effectiveness. A passion for continuous learning and improvement is also critical, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
