Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for international teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing training content to suit regional sales practices, customer behavior, and compliance requirements.
- Develop customized training content to support global sales growth.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires across multiple locations.
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis in collaboration with regional sales leaders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in sales training, preferably in international or multicultural environments.
- A deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- The ability to adapt content and delivery style to diverse audiences.
- Experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and CRM systems.
