The Learning and Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, patient care standards, and industry trends.
  • Create a structured learning roadmap for different employee levels, including frontline staff, support staff, and leadership teams.
  • Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs for employees across all levels.
  • Implement onboarding behavioral training programs for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging and existing leaders across the network.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by establishing metrics and conducting post-training assessments.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve program impact.
  • Analyze training ROI and business outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in a service-related industry (aviation and hotels preferred), contributing to or managing the end-to-end Learning and Development Function.
