Job Overview

This Business Development and Sales Executive role involves driving sales and managing key accounts within the electrical products industry, focusing on Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems (LPS). The ideal candidate will engage with existing clients, prospect for new business, collaborate with internal teams, and develop tailored marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through client engagement and prospecting.
  • Review RFQs, technical specifications, and work on pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Report on forecast and target achievements on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical products.
  • Experience in key account management and handling B2B/B2C sales is essential.
  • A knowledge of Lightning Protection & Earthing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
