Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at CoreEL Technologies.
Responsibilities:- To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- To effectively communicate the value proposition of our company to potential clients and negotiate deals.
- To analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- To manage sales activities, track leads, and report on progress regularly.
- To stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in government regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Selling experience in the Government/defense segment.
- Fluency in English.
The selected candidate will be based out of Bangalore and must have excellent knowledge of government tendering processes. The salary for this position is approximately ₹10 lakhs - ₹15 lakhs per annum.
