Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at CoreEL Technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • To effectively communicate the value proposition of our company to potential clients and negotiate deals.
  • To analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • To manage sales activities, track leads, and report on progress regularly.
  • To stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in government regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Selling experience in the Government/defense segment.
  • Fluency in English.
Additional Information:

The selected candidate will be based out of Bangalore and must have excellent knowledge of government tendering processes. The salary for this position is approximately ₹10 lakhs - ₹15 lakhs per annum.
