Sales Leader Wanted

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Miduty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  2. Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
  3. Optimize calling scripts and allocate resources effectively
  4. Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
  5. Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Miduty offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
