Sales Leader Wanted
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Miduty. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the nutraceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
- Optimize calling scripts and allocate resources effectively
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track customer interactions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Miduty offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
