Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

About the Role
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that participating hotels adhere to established Revenue Management Policies and Best Practices. This includes assisting the Revenue Management Team Lead Middle East & Eurasia in monitoring compliance and implementing strategies to maximize room revenue and grow the RevPAR Index (market share) for each hotel portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and hold regular meetings with clients to discuss performance and revenue opportunities, audit results, and upcoming promotions.
- Audit existing property setup to ensure it is current and effective in distributing rates and inventory through central reservation systems.
- Assist internal/property efforts to make changes to rates and inventory, and downstream distribution channels, consistent with Brand Standards, Revenue Management Policies, and Best Practices.
- Internally assist designated managers in the Revenue Management process for complex properties.
- Understand and guide the property and/or RM on rate loading processes, RFPs, and promotions, ensuring rates are loaded according to Brand Standards.
- Establish reports with property teams, demonstrating an understanding of each hotel's market, unique goals, and challenges, while maintaining inventory/rate visibility and consistency across all distribution channels.
Key Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience in Revenue Management, Data Management, or Reservations.
- Hospitality experience in the European Market.
- Proficiency with PMS, CRS, RMS, Online Channels, and BI Tools, as well as industry-related reporting.
- Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is beneficial.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,50,000 - 12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
