Key Responsibilities

  • To abide by the company's mission statement and departmental policies.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the hotel premises, including protection from misuse and damage.
  • To ensure the safety of guests, residents, and their belongings.
  • To monitor and supervise security personnel, including guards, door men, and valet drivers.
  • To handle violent or aggressive situations in a professional manner.
  • To patrol hotel areas, including entrances, public spaces, corridors, staff areas, and car parks.
  • To monitor parked vehicles and report any damages or scratches.
  • To oversee contractual work and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • To keep the surrounding area free from undesirable elements and report any suspicious activity.
  • To identify and prevent fire hazards and notify relevant authorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of security principles and practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
