- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Tourism, or Hotel Management (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and distribution ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
