Senior Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Mancer Consulting Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with our corporate goals. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with the Head of Sales for INDIA to set annual targets for account openings, and leveraging experience in IT sales, preferably in ERP and Digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, emphasizing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set annual targets for account openings.
- Leverage expertise in IT sales, preferably in ERP and Digital solutions, to drive sales performance.
- Engage with CIOs, IT directors, and other decision-makers within client organizations to understand their IT needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to influence buying decisions.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand, advocating for customer needs within internal marketing and product teams.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a proven track record of successful sales and business development.
- Provide backup coverage for high-priority opportunities and contribute updates and insights on sales activities during sales meetings.
- Research vertical IT markets, including strategic business partners and third-party vendors, to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth and account acquisition.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or University Degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Results-driven approach to sales with a focus on driving revenue growth.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
