**Job Summary:**

  • Manage monthly revenue recognition and raising invoices, ensuring revenue assurance.
  • Oversee debtor management, including vendor payments, payroll, foreign payments, and statutory dues (PF, TDS, WCT, GST).
  • Ensure all accounts receivable-related functions are handled, including GST and TDS reconciliations.
  • E-invoicing and credit management.
  • Revenue reconciliation between reported numbers and statutory books.
  • Coordinate with banks for various issues.
  • Resolve queries related to revenue and balance reconciliation with hotels.
  • Provide periodic cash flow reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure intercompany reconciliations and confirmations.
  • Supply debtor ageing to management and hotels.

**Requirements:**

  • CA qualification.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a corporate setup, preferably from the hotel industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Sun System knowledge an advantage.
  • Excellent accounting principles knowledge, including IndAS115.
  • Working knowledge of banking, treasury, and forex payment laws.
  • Income Tax and GST laws understanding.
