**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Revenue Generation Director to join our team at Meritto. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive revenue growth through new business development.
  • Bid on new projects, manage the sales process from lead generation to close, and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of success in business-to-business sales, with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Experience in selling software products or services, particularly in CRM, sales automation, marketing automation, or business process automation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Salary:** $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
