Job Summary
We're seeking a Revenue Growth Specialist to join our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
• Work closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need:
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM software
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
