Suitable AI is a cutting-edge company dedicated to innovative solutions in the field of orthopaedics. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Orthopaedic Sales Manager.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual with at least 8-10 years of experience in the orthopaedic segment, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in scrubbing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills, and a degree in business management, marketing, or a similar field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our sales and scrub teams, guiding them to meet surgery/sales targets set by the company. They will also foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, resolving customer queries effectively, and utilising various communication channels to reach the target audience.

This role requires proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets based on surgeries.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in the orthopaedic segment
  • 2-3 years of experience in scrubbing (added advantage)
  • Exposure and experience in Orthopaedics background/sports medicine devices sales preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in business management, marketing, or a similar field/Nursing degree
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumBenefits:
