Job Title: Orthopaedic Segment Specialist
Job Summary: Suitable AI seeks an experienced sales professional to fill the role of Orthopaedic Segment Specialist. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the orthopaedic segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase business opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers in the orthopaedic segment.
- Mentoring a team to meet sales targets based on surgeries.
- Utilizing various communication channels to effectively reach target audiences.
Requirements:
- About 8-10 years of experience in the orthopaedic segment, with 2-3 years of scrubbing experience being beneficial.
- Experience in Orthopaedics background/sports medicine devices sales.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or a Nursing degree.
- A willingness to travel when required.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
