Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting innovative medical services.

  1. Meet with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations to introduce them to the concept of cord blood banking and the application of stem cells in medicine.
  2. Promote various diagnostics and services offered by our company and encourage healthcare professionals to incorporate these into their practices.
  3. Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and other relevant centers to identify opportunities for lead generation and business development. Establish partnerships with key decision-makers at these organizations.
  4. Build strong relationships with front office staff, hospital administrators, and medical professionals to facilitate communication and collaboration between our company and healthcare providers.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of our services among healthcare professionals and patients.
  6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with healthcare professionals, including meeting notes and follow-up communications.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and ensure that their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in relationship development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
