Agency Partner Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Agency Partner Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing agents to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, licensing, and activation of IRDA agents
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing agents to ensure continued performance and engagement
- Responsible for achieving top-line (revenue growth) and bottom-line (profitability) targets
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field

- To develop and implement strategies to recruit, license, and activate new IRDA agents
