Artist Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Artist Career Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Andheri West. As an Artist Career Development Specialist, you will work closely with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

You will support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships. Additionally, you will assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.
  • Assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
Requirements
  • Experience of 6 months - 1 year in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
