
Regional Business Growth Director

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business development efforts in a regional capacity. As Regional Head Business Development, you will be responsible for managing and growing the profitability of your assigned region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- P&L Ownership: You will be accountable for achieving revenue and operational targets within your region.
- Team Leadership: You will lead a high-performing team of individuals who are responsible for driving business growth in their respective regions.
- Strategy & Execution: You will develop and implement regional strategies to drive business expansion, onboard new talent, and foster strong partnerships.
- Candidate Engagement: You will work closely with our operations team to create customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Business Reviews: You will conduct regular reviews with our leadership team to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in real estate partnerships or interiors/solutions industries. Ideally, you should have:
- A stellar reputation in previous roles, with experience in leading large teams.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
