Job Description
The Zonal Business Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency across all stores in the zone.
The candidate will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, monitor store performance, analyse sales data, and take corrective actions to address gaps.
In addition, the role involves overseeing inventory management, maintaining store compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field, along with minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail operations, is essential for this position.
