Sales Manager – Bonas Textile Machines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Bonas Jacquard textile machines in the assigned region.
  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and build strong relationships with textile manufacturers, weavers, and mill owners.
  • Drive business growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Provide technical consultation to customers, demonstrating the advantages of Bonas Jacquard machines.
  • Collaborate with the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Jacquard weaving technology and textile industry trends.
  • Proven track record of sales in textile machinery or related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in promoting Bonas Jacquard textile machines in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jacquard weaving technology and textile industry trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
