Responsibilities:● To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure● Sales funnel Management.
Output - Higher conversion rate● Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10designers.
Output - Get new projects bookings● Customer experience & relationship management● Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets Qualification:● 5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth● 3+ years experience in B2 C Sales -● Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization: MBA Tier 2
