Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Manager

The role involves designing and implementing learning plans for sales teams in a therapy cluster, working as the primary Learning and Development partner for Zonal Business HR leaders. The position requires identifying needs, priorities, and designing interventions to build capability in line with therapy priorities and talent demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification of needs and priorities, and design interventions to build capability in line with therapy priorities and talent demands.
  • Facilitate the launch and implementation of learning initiatives under technical, functional, and behavioral learning areas to build capability and adhere to processes to drive and govern these initiatives.
  • Identify customized learning needs in partnership with therapy and geography teams, and build MiGurus in partnership with HR Business teams to build internal capability.
  • Drive and be part of the team driving key Learning and Talent Management HR projects across India Business.

Qualifications:

MBA, Bachelors, Masters in Organisation Psychology, Life Sciences, B.A., or Master’s Degree in Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, Training, etc.

Experience:

5 to 9 years of experience directly or indirectly managing Learning and Development teams.
