We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Learning & Development to lead the learning initiatives for a large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) organization. This is a senior leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies for employees across all levels.Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs and technical training specific to EPC operations.Partner with business heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted interventions to enhance workforce performance.Lead a team of L&D professionals to ensure smooth execution of training programs and initiatives.Monitor learning outcomes and ROI of programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep learning initiatives competitive and relevant.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 15 years of experience in Learning & Development , preferably in EPC or large engineering/industrial organizations.Strong experience in leadership development, performance management, and talent management frameworks .Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing technical and behavioral training programs.Proven ability to manage L&D teams and drive organizational change.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.
