About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Learning & Development (L&D) leader
to spearhead our organizational learning initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping the learning culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring capability building aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with organizational goals and workforce capability requirements.
  • Training Design & Delivery:
  • Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of training programs across leadership development, functional training, behavioral skills, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure ROI on learning investments.
  • Vendor & Budget Management:
  • Manage external training partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal utilization of the annual L&D budget (₹25–28 LPA).
  • Learning Technology & Platforms:
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms (LMS, e-learning, virtual training, etc.) to drive scalable and accessible learning experiences.
  • Talent Development & Succession Planning:
  • Support leadership development programs and high-potential talent initiatives to build internal succession pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources (or equivalent postgraduate degree)
  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching, or OD will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in large or matrixed organizations is highly preferred
