Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies for employees across all levels.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs and technical training specific to EPC operations.
  • Partner with business heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted interventions to enhance workforce performance.
  • Lead a team of L&D professionals to ensure smooth execution of training programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor learning outcomes and ROI of programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep learning initiatives competitive and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in
    Learning & Development
    , preferably in EPC or large engineering/industrial organizations.
  • Strong experience in
    leadership development, performance management, and talent management frameworks
    .
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing technical and behavioral training programs.
  • Proven ability to manage L&D teams and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with business goals.
