to lead the learning initiatives for a large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) organization. This is a senior leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies for employees across all levels.
- Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs and technical training specific to EPC operations.
- Partner with business heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted interventions to enhance workforce performance.
- Lead a team of L&D professionals to ensure smooth execution of training programs and initiatives.
- Monitor learning outcomes and ROI of programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep learning initiatives competitive and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in
Learning & Development
, preferably in EPC or large engineering/industrial organizations. - Strong experience in
leadership development, performance management, and talent management frameworks
. - Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing technical and behavioral training programs.
- Proven ability to manage L&D teams and drive organizational change.
