We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of our organizational learning initiatives.
This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization's talent development framework, driving leadership growth, and building a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and oversee structured training programs addressing technical upskilling, behavioral development, and soft skills for engineers, project managers, first-time managers, and other critical roles.
- Drive onboarding and training programs for new hires to enable seamless integration, faster productivity, and strong foundational skill-building.
- Develop leadership development journeys for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Spearhead the adoption and management of digital learning platforms and innovative methodologies to enable blended and scalable learning.
- Establish frameworks to measure training effectiveness, monitor learning metrics, and evaluate ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
● Learning Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the organization-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term capability building.
