Senior Learning and Talent Development Project Lead

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead global learning and talent development projects that drive real impact. You will work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with exposure to senior stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, who has a strong track record in managing projects across digital learning and talent development. The ideal candidate will come from a consulting firm background and have expertise in learning technologies and talent frameworks.
The successful applicant will have solid project management skills (preferably PMP/Prince2 certified) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

In this role, you will design and implement digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual and blended programs. You will oversee talent initiatives such as competency development, succession planning, and leadership programs. You will also partner with senior leaders, HR, and business units to align learning with organizational goals.
You will manage vendors, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes. You will use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning offerings.
