About the Role
The Talent Development Project Manager will lead and manage multiple learning and talent development projects from planning to delivery.
- Design and implement digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual and blended programs.
- Oversee talent initiatives such as competency development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business units to align learning with organisational goals.
- Manage vendors, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning offerings.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record in managing projects across digital learning and talent development.
- Experience in a consulting firm background preferred, with expertise in learning technologies and talent frameworks, solid project management skills (PMP/Prince2 certified), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills essential, along with the ability to drive impactful innovative solutions.
