Expert Project Manager - Learning and Talent Development

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead global learning and talent development projects.

  • Manage multiple learning and talent development projects from planning to delivery.
  • Design digital learning solutions, including eLearning, virtual, and blended programs.
  • Oversee initiatives such as competency development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR, and business units to align learning with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendors, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong track record in managing projects across digital learning and talent development. They will have expertise in learning technologies and talent frameworks, solid project management skills (preferably PMP/Prince2 certified), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
