Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Development & Capability Building

  2. Design and execute the organizations talent development roadmap aligned with business goals.

  3. Identify critical capabilities, skill gaps, and future-readiness priorities in partnership with business and HR leaders.
  4. Lead initiatives around leadership development, career paths, succession planning, and HiPo programs.
  5. Build frameworks for functional and behavioral competency development across levels.

  6. Learning & Development (L&D)

  7. Own end-to-end learning strategy — from needs analysis to delivery and impact measurement.

  8. Curate blended learning programs (workshops, digital, on-the-job) across technical and soft skills.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external facilitators, content providers, and platforms.
  10. Drive a culture of self-directed learning and integrate learning into flow of work.

  11. Campus & Early Careers Program

  12. Lead strategy, branding, and engagement for campus hiring — including engineering, business, and niche talent pools.

  13. Design and run end-to-end campus programs including pre-boarding, induction, structured learning journeys, mentorship, and rotations.
  14. Build long-term partnerships with universities and student communities to position the company as an employer of choice.
  15. Track ROI and success metrics of campus cohorts and evolve programs accordingly.

Key Requirements:

  • Batch of 2017, 2018, MBA-HR, top tier b-schools (XLRI, TISS, SIBM P, SCMHRD, MDI)
  • Experience for a minimum of 4 years in COE roles like Learning, OD, talent.
  • Good to have - Experience in learning/talent management, with a focus on high-potential employee development and leadership interventions.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks, coaching practices, and talent assessment methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing talent programs that drive organizational growth and employee capability enhancement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across various levels of the organization.
