About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Campus Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving campus recruitment initiatives across Pan India colleges, building strong relationships with educational institutions. The incumbent will lead HDFC Life's Sales Internship program - a flagship program for HDFC Life.
This role requires frequent travel to colleges across India to represent the organization and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment drives across Pan India colleges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells, faculty, and student communities.
Represent the organization at career fairs, seminars, and pre-placement talks.
Coordinate with internal HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements.
Drive HDFC Life Sales Internship program and lead the entire campus process
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidate
Track and report Campus metric to evaluate effectiveness of campus initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of HR experience with mandatory campus recruitment exposure.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India for recruitment activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.
