Role overview

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the next phase of our large-scale Campus Ambassador Programme. This role will involve managing internal workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of influencer content, maintaining communication between cross-functional teams, and assisting in delivering data-driven reporting that reflects campaign performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations of the Campus Ambassador Programme.
  • Act as the primary bridge between internal project teams, brand stakeholders, and assigned city or college network heads.
  • Monitor campaign timelines to ensure content deliverables are received, reviewed, and published as per schedule.
  • Supervise reporting structures: review creator submissions, quality checks, and live content trackers via the microsite created by the Yuvaa team.
  • Lead performance reviews of monthly deliverables and provide oversight for tracking UTM-linked engagement metrics.
  • Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, ensuring creators experience a seamless programme journey.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication flow between creators, network leads, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 4–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in influencer marketing or digital campaigns.
  • Ability to oversee multiple teams and large-scale, content-driven projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Google Sheets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially across remote teams.
  • Experience managing young creators or influencers, particularly in the beauty, lifestyle, or youth media space.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an eye for deadlines and delivery metrics.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Management, or Marketing.
  • Familiarity with social media platform metrics and campaign tracking tools (e.g., UTM link performance).
  • Prior experience working with college networks, creator communities, or brand-partnered ambassador programs.
