Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Store Development & Civil Works who will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of new store openings, including property sourcing, civil works, vendor management, and asset installations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution and high-quality delivery of store development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute all activities related to new store openings, including sourcing, civil works, and asset management.
  • Partner with consultants, vendors, and suppliers for site identification, planning, estimation, and execution of projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, operations, design, procurement, etc.) to align project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supervise and monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with project requirements, and track progress against timelines.
  • Review and validate BOQ, BOM, vendor estimations, and cost structures for all civil and maintenance-related work.
  • Interpret and analyze layout drawings, assess asset requirements, and validate quantities needed per store.
  • Coordinate asset ordering and installation, ensuring all assets meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Verify vendor work orders, bills, and measurements against actual site work and layouts for accuracy and approval.
  • Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of civil and infrastructure issues post-handover.
  • Support initiatives for asset reuse and optimization to reduce cost and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain daily project reports and update the central team with progress and key milestones.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of property sourcing, cluster mapping, and rental benchmarking.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil works, including BOQ/BOM preparation and layout plan interpretation.
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle site-level issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Project Tracking tools).
  • Strong team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus (not mandatory).
